Mamas
Helping you move from overwhelmed, overstimulated, and running on empty to feeling grounded, regulated, and more deeply connected to yourself and your family.
For the Mamas Carrying It All
Motherhood can feel like a full-time job you never get to clock out from. You’re managing endless to-do lists, anticipating everyone’s needs, and constantly regulating little nervous systems while trying to keep your own from completely short-circuiting.
Therapy can be a place where you get to be cared for, too.
We’ll make space for the overwhelm, guilt, identity shifts, and invisible mental load—while finding ways to lighten the load, reconnect with yourself, and make motherhood feel
a little more manageable.
For the mamas who spend all day tending to everyone else’s needs—therapy can be the place where we finally start tending
to yours, too.
What About All The Barriers to Starting Therapy?
okay but

Finding childcare can be expensive, complicated, or simply impossible. When appropriate, we can make room for your little one to be nearby or build flexibility into how we structure our sessions.
I am a mama to 2 little humans - I get it too.

Between school drop-offs, pickups, appointments, work, meals, and all the invisible planning that keeps a household running, there may not be a convenient “therapy hour.” We can look for creative options—including meeting from your car between commitments when privacy allows.
-
Sometimes you finally get a moment to yourself and realize you have absolutely nothing left in the tank. You don’t have to show up to therapy feeling prepared, productive, or put-together. You can come tired, overwhelmed, scattered, or running on fumes. I'll meet you exactly where you are.

Finding a quiet space at home can feel like a whole production when you have kids around. We can problem-solve together to find a space that feels private enough for you—whether that’s your car, a quiet room, or another location that works for your circumstances.
We know that finding time for yourself can feel like one more impossible task on an already overflowing list. So rather than expecting motherhood to magically pause for therapy, we’ll find ways to make therapy fit
into your real life.
Therapy shouldn’t become another thing you have to be perfect at. We’ll work together to make it accessible, flexible, and supportive of the season of motherhood you’re actually in.
