People Pleasers + Perfectionists

To the girlies who are used shoving it down in order to keep everyone happy… you matter too

You Are Always Trying to Get It Right

Maybe you’re the one everyone can count on—but you’re exhausted from constantly putting others first, overthinking every decision, or feeling like you’re never doing quite enough. You might struggle with guilt, difficulty saying no, fear of disappointing others, harsh self-criticism, or burnout from trying to keep everything (and everyone) happy.

Therapy can help you untangle the expectations you’ve been carrying, soften that inner critic, and learn to honor your own needs without the guilt.

If you notice that little voice saying ‘you should be able to do this on your own’, I’m going to encourage you to gently and kindly ask that part to step aside so you can finally start your journey.

Our goal isn’t to get rid of this part, but to get to know it deeply and find ways where you can ‘work together’ as a team. Together, we’ll dig deeper to build an understanding & grow your relationship with yourself that feels
grounded and kind.

We'll explore the roots of your pain, not just the symptoms, & help you reconnect with a sense of safety, emotional regulation, & wholeness.
